Shipping

We currently ship within Portugal only via CTT.

  • Processing Time: Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping Rates:
    • Free shipping on orders over 60€
    • Flat rate of 5.30€ on orders under 60€

  • Tracking: All packages include tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We pack all orders in plastic-free, recyclable, upcycled and biodegradable materials—aligned with our commitment to sustainability and care for the earth.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at melhivetohome@gmail.com as soon as possible.

  • Changes or cancellations can only be made before your order has been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes.

  • If your order has already shipped, you may still initiate a return once it arrives (see above for return conditions).

Returns & Exchanges

Each MEL product is handcrafted with intention, and we hope you’re delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our policy:

  • Returns: We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Exchanges: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Burned or used candles
    • Custom or made-to-order items
    •  Items purchased on sale
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We do offer a MEL Beeswax Return Program that is designed as a loyalty exchange for our valued customers, allowing you to send back your used MEL beeswax so we can transform it into something new for you. Learn more.
